Members of the U.S. House today approved a plan to create a federal "hate crimes" plan that will provide special protections to homosexuals and others with alternative sexual choices, but leave Christian ministers and pastors open to prosecution should their teachings be linked to any subsequent offense, by anyone, against a "gay."
The vote was 249-175, and came despite intense Republican opposition to the creation of the privileged class.
Bishop Harry Jackson Jr. of the High Impact Leadership Coalition also condemned the action, offering a warning about the future of the United States.
"Based on history, it really isn't something that needs to be protected," he said. "There's a problem that this is going to mark the first time that a protected class status is given to … whatever sexual orientation one has."
He said the history in other nations is a fairly certain prosecution of Christians. In Sweden, for example, a minister who preached out of Leviticus was sentenced to 30 days in jail – for preaching out of Leviticus.
Similar state laws have resulted in similar results. In Philadelphia several years ago a 73-year-old grandmother was jailed for trying to share Christian tracts with people at a homosexual festival, he said.
U.S. Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., said H.R. 1913 will create "thought crimes," and U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., said it will end equality in the United States.
U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, charged the plan will divide America into groups of more favored versus less. He again cited USC Title 18, Section 2a, the foundation of H.R. 1913, which says anyone who through speech "induces" commission of a violent hate crime "will be tried as a principal" alongside the active offender.
But there is no epidemic of hate in the U.S. he noted.
U.S. Rep. Randy Forbes, R-Va., introduced a striking argument: If Miss California, Carrie Prejean, who supports traditional marriage had slapped the homosexual judge who derided her on the stage under H.R. 1913 she could be indicted as a "violent hate criminal," facing a possible 10 years in prison. But, Forbes said, if the homosexual judge had slapped her, she would have had no special protection under H.R. 1913.
Andrea Lafferty, executive director of the Traditional Values Coalition, said, "The Anti-Christian Caucus of the U.S. House of Representatives has acted today to lay the legal foundation and framework to investigate, prosecute and persecute pastors, youth pastors, Bible teachers, and anyone else whose Bible speech and thought is based upon and reflects the truths found in the Bible.
"A pastor’s sermon could be considered 'hate speech' under this legislation if heard by an individual who then acts aggressively against persons based on 'sexual orientation.' The pastor could be prosecuted for “conspiracy to commit a hate crime," she said.

Barack Hussein Obama, The False Messiah
Have you ever been called Christ?
I know, I know ... crazy question. Yet, if you were being called the Messiah you would correct the mistaken identity immediately, wouldn't you! You would take great effort to deny this claim by others because you know deep down in your heart and mind it was untrue, unfounded, and blasphemes.
Last on your mind would be to think; "this is a chance for me to be politically enhanced and to boost my popularity!", right? That wouldn't enter your mind would it?
Sadly, such is not the case with our "President", Barack Hussein Obama.

Throughout the campaign and to this day Mr. Obama has been portrayed as the saviour. Not just any saviour, but The Saviour. We've all seen the images; Obama with a halo, Obama crowned, children chanting "Alpha - Omega" while marching around in combat boots, Obama candles for your altar, etc. Yet, not once has Mr. Obama proclaimed that all this "messiah stuff" should stop! Instead, on his 100th day in office, President Obama will be "crowned" in messianic imagery at New York City's Union Square.
It is all very sickening, isn't it?
The Bible speaks of false christs and false messiahs. Barack Hussein Obama is without any doubt one of these. Keep in mind, these attributes "given" to Obama aren't simple literary comparisons, they aren't analogies to his great spiritual leadership and his exemplary compassion for his fellow man.
No, these attributes being applied to others instead of God can be traced back to the beginning of all things, even back before the garden of Eden. Lucifer thought himself as great as God, even greater! As a fallen angel Lucifer later influenced man to worship him and not God. Man made the great mistake; obeying the false god and disobeying the true God.
The early battles included contests with the worshippers of Baal and other false messiahs. The world's history is peppered with images of false gods; Egyptian, Babylonian, Persian, Greek, Roman, etc.
Today is no different. The great battle still rages between the worship of Satan and the worship of God. Which side are you on? Are you for liberty or for slavery? You have no choice with the real Christ. You must decide either way. At the end of all things there will only be two kinds of people; those who worship Satan and those who worship God. You must decide. If you wish to be part of the wonderful new heaven and new earth you must decide!
If you are a worshipper of Barack Hussein Obama then you are worshipping an antichrist. There is no other way to see it!

The Bible states very clearly what will happen when the real Messiah returns. It will be an event every person on the planet sees and hears. It will be loud, thunderous, and overwhelming. Men and women, Presidents and Kings will cry to the very mountains to fall on them and hide themselves from Him. It will not be silent and no one will be "left behind" to make improvements for seven years (another false teaching). Anyone performing miracles and proclaiming themselves as Christ before this event will be a false christ. Now you know. There is no excuse.

This Woman Knows Better Than We Here In ObamaLand
Dr. Orly Taitz, a woman with a vibrant smile and an ebullient personality, has not always enjoyed an independent life filled with promise and ambition. She was born and raised in Kishinev (also spelled Chisinau), the capital of the Republic of Moldova, a country in Eastern Europe that was formerly part of the Soviet Union.She's the fierce blond attorney behind Obama eligibility lawsuits, a successful dentist with two offices, a second-degree black belt and a mother of three boys who speaks five languages.
Drawing on her experiences under a communist regime, she told WND she is determined to do her part to stop America from following in the all-too-familiar footsteps of her former homeland.
Life under communism
She described her life in a communist nation: Markets were bare, people had no desire to work and the government forced young children into slave labor.
"We'd stop at the store, and the food stores were empty," she said. "I remember we had to stand in lines for hours in the cold. We were in a bus, going home and suddenly we'd see a line. We wouldn't even know what they were selling, but we knew something would be there – some food.
We'd stand for two hours to buy maybe a pound of salami or a half a pound of butter."
As a young child, Taitz asked her father why the market shelves were empty.
"In America, they have everything," he would tell her. "The stores are full."
Her father explained that Americans were interested in working and received paychecks based on their productivity. However, in the Soviet Union, farmers were part of a socialist system of collective farming and were compensated equally – regardless of output.
He told her, "If a farmer is bright and hard working, at the end of the month, he will get 100 rubles. And if the farmer is a lazy bum and he does nothing, he gets the same 100 rubles."
Taitz told WND, "People had absolutely no incentive to do anything. They had no incentive to work. The best doctors were getting maybe 150 rubles. That's why the standards for medicine were so low."
Youth camps and slave labor
She said that, much like President Obama's proposed brigade of youth organizers, the Soviet Union used children for slave labor.
"They would put us on trucks, and we would go to the countryside," she said. "We were told to go and pick tomatoes."
Parents were not allowed to homeschool their children. They were forced to enroll them in government schools. From the age of 6, all children were required to become young communists.
"You had to send your child to school, and your child had to be a member of the young communists," Taitz said. "There were no children who were not members. You had to do it. If you were one of the best, you become a member of the Communist Party. It was constant brainwashing."
She continued, "There was no choice, and people resented that. They were scared to speak up."
Most children were sent to communist youth camps, but Taitz' parents wouldn't allow her to go. Instead, they gave her stacks of math, physics and chemistry textbooks to study while her friends were away at camps.
"My parents didn't want me to be in those camps and be subjected to communist brainwashing," she said. "They wanted me to think for myself. I learned to read by myself, and my parents sent me to competitions in math, physics, chemistry and biology. I would sit and work with pages of problems, and I loved to compete."

According to a new national survey by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press 10 percent of Americans still believe Obama is a Muslim. Seven percent of Democrats believe it. And nearly 20 percent of evangelicals do.
That is how people across the country responded to the question, "Do you happen to know what Barack Obama's religion is? Is he Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, atheist, agnostic or something else?"
What I find fascinating is that the same study showed only 55 percent of Democrats knew or believed Obama was a Christian, even after nearly two years on the political trail for president spouting his views and beliefs on everything under the sun.
Moreover, 35 percent of all of those polled have no clue as to what religion the president adheres. That's one-third of the nation he leads. One in three people don't have any idea of his religious convictions. Should the percentage be that high? Religion might be a private choice, but should it be a secret one too, even for a leader?
While those stats say something about Obama's neutrality and respect for representing our nation's religious melting pot, they also say something about the politically correct climate across our land, in which people are afraid to stand up for their convictions so as not to be branded as intolerant or bigots. We have become a nation that fears opinion. Even Holy Week, once celebrated in the corridors of the Capitol, is now a clandestine commemoration full of holy hesitations.
I believe there are two extremes we must avoid in America regarding our religious convictions. On the one hand, we must avoid being fearful or so ambiguous about our beliefs that few, if any, know where we stand. On the other hand, we must avoid being so contentious about our beliefs that we stampede others. Even if we vehemently disagree with others, we must respect one another's views and rights to believe as we choose. That is one thing that has made our nation unique from its inception.
One thing is certain. About this, we can have no doubt. America's founders built this nation upon religious freedom. They valued denominational pluralism. They were unified in their diversity. They all believed in a Creator. And they were almost all vocal about their Christian beliefs. And we should be as well, especially during this week.

Fedzilla Caught Lying Once Again!
You've heard this shocking "fact" before -- on TV and radio, in newspapers, on the Internet and from the highest politicians in the land: 90 percent of the weapons used to commit crimes in Mexico come from the United States.
-- CBS newsman Bob Schieffer referred to it while interviewing President Obama.
-- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said it to reporters on a flight to Mexico City.

Dianne Feinstein said at a Senate hearing: "It is unacceptable to have 90 percent of the guns that are picked up in Mexico and used to shoot judges, police officers and mayors ... come from the United States."
-- William Hoover, assistant director for field operations at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, testified in the House of Representatives that "there is more than enough evidence to indicate that over 90 percent of the firearms that have either been recovered in, or interdicted in transport to Mexico, originated from various sources within the United States."
There's just one problem with the 90 percent "statistic" and it's a big one:
It's just not true.
In fact, it's not even close. By all accounts, it's probably around 17 percent.
What's true, an ATF spokeswoman told FOXNews.com, in a clarification of the statistic used by her own agency's assistant director, "is that over 90 percent of the traced firearms originate from the U.S."
But a large percentage of the guns recovered in Mexico do not get sent back to the U.S. for tracing, because it is obvious from their markings that they do not come from the U.S.
"Not every weapon seized in Mexico has a serial number on it that would make it traceable, and the U.S. effort to trace weapons really only extends to weapons that have been in the U.S. market," Matt Allen, special agent of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), told FOX News.
