Is the Torah Written On Your Heart?

Did Yeshua/Jesus do away with the Torah (mistakenly called Law in most English translations of the N.T.)? Or, did He say and teach that this Torah should be internalized, known both literally and spiritually? Were their good Pharisees? Are their good Pharisees today?  Yes!  There were then and are now; good Pharisees!
