Fred Barnes (of The Weekly Standard & FOXNEWS fame) usually makes a living agreeing with everything the President says; even when it makes absolutely no sense.
Now, he makes a serious and sensible suggestion; replace Donald Rumsfeld with Dick Cheney, move "Rummy" to the Chief of Staff position, and make Condi Vice-President.
Cheney would make a much better Sec. of Defense (he was one before), besides he knows how to fire a gun! - just kidding!
Rummy would be placed in a position he knows, not one he doesn't.
...and, Condi would get away from that "mush-for-brains" group, the State Department.
I think Fred's worried about November...and he's right!
