Greed - The Greatest American Value?

"About 1,000 documents obtained in a Freedom of Information Act request to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America show the White House is engaging in collaborative relations with Mexico and Canada outside the U.S. Constitution, says WND columnist and author Jerome Corsi."
"The documents give clear evidence that the Bush administration has created a 'shadow government,'" Corsi said.
"The documents can be viewed here, on a special website set up by the Minuteman Project. "

I reread our Declaration of Independence. I get a sick feeling when I read about how citizens are suppose to take governemnt away from a tyrant.
Corporate America controls America not the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence, certainly not the citizens. Will we ever regain America(Truth, Justice and the American way)?

As you imply, Lady, the surprising and upsetting part of this development is not that our leaders are trying to secure our financial future, we expect that with our capitalistic system; it's that they're bypassing our representatives (Congress) to do the deed.

So...the question becomes; is it just GREED? Is it just the desire to keep us all (and especially those in power) living the "life of Riley"? Or, is it something more sinister? If it's not sinister then why bypass the system? Just to expedite the matter?

Also, why is it that you never hear the so-called conservative pundits (Limbaugh and Hannity) discussing this?

Is it just the two of us (and Mr. Corsi)concerned about this? Have the American people become that "slavish"?

You can bet your local Congressman and State Senator won't even acknowledge this is happening.

Why?...
