Swiss MP Dick Marty, for the human rights watchdog the Council of Europe has released a preliminary report that says:
Europe 'knew about' CIA flights, and were almost certainly aware of the CIA's secret prisoner flights via European airspace or airports.
It is not known whether the CIA used secret prisons in Europe to interrogate terror suspects.
There is "no formal, irrefutable evidence" of secret CIA detention centres in Romania and Poland.

Well...I see the BBC is still publishing rumor, not fact.
At least it was admitted that there's no evidence to back up this guy's claim.
I'll give 'em that, at least...
I loved it when Marty said that the East Europeans weren't being cooperative.
