Finally! A Judge gets it right! Somebody say Amen!

Sami al-Arian was a huge local story down here in central Florida. The sad thing is about half of the University of South Florida's academics supported him. My daughter attended this school; she says some of the Professors see him as a hero. Thank GOD for the other half!

The Judge did his part. Unfortunately, the prosecutor didn't have much of a case. Five years total jail time followed by deportation isn't good enough. Al-Arian is getting off too lightly for me.
But, the bright side is that the judge gave him the max.
