Here's a column at National Review On-line that voices the same problems that I have with Evolution.
Whenever, I read some article about evolution like this one, I find myself asking, "Where's the beef?"
I don't have a problem with Science but I do have a problem with smug Darwinists and their agenda.
Read about the “Society of Open-minded Atheists and Agnostics” at the University of Kansas.
Here's a related story from the AP

The NRO guys are good, really good.
Just finished reading a book entitled, "I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist", by Norman L. Geisler and Frank Turek.
One chapter almost exclusively covers Darwin's "TOE". The authors refer to it as Neo-Darwinism 'cause some modern scientists add much more credence to the theory than then Darwin himself.
Scientifically, there is no valid support for "macroevolution", the idea that a fish became an air-breathing lizard, then a bird, etc.
"Microevolution" has been proven only; the idea that, within a single species, changes occur - a bacteria that adapts and becomes harder to kill, for example.
This book is terrific! Did you know, for instance, that ancient, secular writer/historians mention Jesus Christ of Nazareth more often than Julius Caesar? You have to have more faith that J. Caesar actually lived than the the other J.C.!
The TOE is humbug, complete humbug. I have always believed that science is an attempt to explain GOD and GOD's great universe. Keep trying guys! You're actually demonstrating your faith in GOD without realizing it!
