Iran - Enemy No. 1
"This is a message President Bush must hear. The true enemy of Israel and the U.S. today is not Hezbollah, Hamas, or Syria – the true enemy has been and will continue to be Iran, as long as the Islamic Republic of Iran remains the regime in Tehran."

The true enemy is "fundamentalist Islam."
Unfortunately, Iran is just one source of this deadly cancer. The other source is the Salafist or Wahhabist cancer coming out of Saudi Arabia. Now, recently, I've read that a third strain has been identified as coming out of Pakistan.
But, yes, for Israel the problem is primarily Iran. The State sponsors must be eliminated. I have heard it said that "Oh, you don't want to eliminate Assad because you could get something worse." I don't know about that.
It is imperative to get rid of the State sponsors of terror.
