... President Bush has never really understood what Conservatives expect of him. This is because he's not a Conservative himself and doesn't understand Conservatives. In fact, he almost always does the reverse of what he should do in reaction to criticism. Such may be the case with his new pick for Sec. of Defense, Robert M. Gates.
"In 2004, Gates co-chaired, along with Zbigniew Brzezinski, a Council on Foreign Relations task force report entitled, "Iran: Time for a New Approach." Brzezinski was best known for his role as national security adviser to President Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981. The main point of the Gates- Brzezinski task force was to advocate a policy of "limited or selective engagement with the current Iranian government."

Forget about it, Tiger. It's all over buddy, until they hit us again like 9/11. I suspect that we are going to have to watch the Democrats dig their own graves over the next two years while we hope and pray that nothing big happens.
I'm sure the same feelings and thoughts happened just prior to WWII. Nobody wanted to accept that a storm was approaching then either. Whit, I hope the next "hit" does the job - we can't take too many more!
My guess is that we'll truely enter the "Neville" phase now.
Lady, that's all you can do! Remember GOD and don't trust in the Limbaugh's and Hannity's of the world. Those two are, after all, in the popularity business. Money rises above integrity sometimes - it's human nature.
...just keep the faith!
